Course type: Hybrid - some recordings, in-person participation in teaching rounds, seminars & case presentations

Where: McGill University, Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences, Continuing Dental Education

Course Offering: Beginning September 2023, flexible start dates throughout the year

Course Modules: This course receives Continuing Education Credits from the Quebec Order of Dentists (ODQ) as well as ADA CERP (American Dental Association, Continuing Education Recognition Program)

​

Course Objectives: The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge in Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology OR TMD and Orofacial Pain.

​

Course applicants: Course applicants must possess a DDS, DMD or equivalent degree from a recognized academic institution. Course registrants must possess a license to practice dentistry.

​

Course Restrictions: McGill University, the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences, and the Course Director reserve the right to limit the number of participants accepted in any given year as well as to limit the length of the course if circumstances necessitate this.

​

General Considerations: All course material, lectures, and correspondence are in the English language,

All listed fees/dues are in Canadian funds.

​

English Proficiency Requirements: Applicants who received their dental degree (qualifying degree) in a country where English is not the primary official language, must present evidence of proficiency in English.

​

Foreign Dentists:  Dentists who are neither citizens nor permanent residents of Canada are required to pay an additional annual Foreign Resident Program Fee to be paid by a sponsoring institution or party. Individuals who do not have Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status are eligible to apply for this program.*

​
