This is a critical time in which the patient will make the decision whether to “buy into” the treatment plan and make an investment in their oral health.

Module 2 - Credit and Collections - Turn Accounts Receivable into Accounts Received!

It does not matter how much you bill; only how much you collect. Accounts receivable and the rate of collections affect the overall value of your practice. It also represents payment for the dentistry that you have already completed. In this Course you will learn how to achieve and maintain control of your collections.

Module 4 - Occupational Health and Safety for Dental Offices

Dentists have the obligation to keep their employees safe in the workplace. The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires all employers to be compliant with the standards. OSHA is an act that covers all industries and does not provide specific guidance regarding what the compliance requirements are in a dental office.

Public Health and Ministry of Labour inspectors will be visiting dental offices once again to ensure that proper procedures are being followed to protect the public and your dental team. This Course will guide you through what you need to do to prepare for the visits.
